Design classification of freight lifts
Freight lift design, compared to lifts primarily designed for transport of passengers, is concentrated on resistance and contains industrial design features. The Tuchyňa - Výťahy company delivers freight lifts that are used by shopping centres for transport of goods with high travel frequency as a part of the technological production. These factors influence also modification of overall design in terms of machine technology and control, as well as mechanical parts of the lift.
Freight lift cabins are standardly manufactured using galvanized plates coated with decorative pattern made of the LM-type PVC with the stainless steel imitation or in version made of stainless steel (INOX). It is a lamella wall system with vertical arrangement, or, upon request, the surface can be without lamella joints. The cabin floor is determined for a high load, in version made of industrial chequer plate, stainless plate, or aluminium plate. Upon a customer’s request, we deliver the high-load floor made of reinforced plywood.
Freight lift cabin ceiling is designed with the emphasis put on resistance during loading and transport of goods. The ceiling is standardly made of LA or INOX materials and the cabin is equipped with LED lights.
Landing doors and cabin doors are fully automatic, controlled through the internal control panel and the VVVF frequency regulation. Door surface finish is made of electrostatic sprayed layer (ESN-RAL) or stainless steel (INOX).
COPs and LOPs are the same as in passenger lifts of the CLS series in the INOX version and with an LCD display on each station.
